NAC641.176. Withdrawal of attorney.

Latest version.

An attorney may withdraw from representation of a respondent upon notice to the respondent and the Board. The notice must include the reason for the requested withdrawal. The Board may deny permission to withdraw if the withdrawal would unreasonably delay the hearing.
