NAC641B.068. Interpretation of term “all costs incurred by the Board relating to the discipline of the person.”

Latest version.

As used in NRS 641B.430, the Board will interpret the term “all costs incurred by the Board relating to the discipline of the person” to include, without limitation:

     1. Attorney’s fees;

     2. Hearing costs; and

     3. Investigative fees and costs.
