  • Parties to proceedings before the Board must be styled “applicant,” “complainant,” “intervener,” “petitioner,” “protestant” or “respondent,” according to the nature of the proceedings and the relationship of the parties thereto. In any proceeding which the Board initiates, the Board will be styled the “complainant.”
