NAC641B.330. Method of service.

Latest version.

Every notice, advisory opinion, declaratory order or other document to be served by the Board will be served by mail or delivered in person. Service thereof by mail will be deemed complete when a true copy of the document is deposited in the United States mail, postage prepaid, and addressed to the last known address provided to the Board by the licensee pursuant to subsection 2 of NAC 641B.085.
