NAC641B.430. Petition for declaratory order or advisory opinion: Preparation of order or opinion.

After the Board determines that an issue concerning the applicability of a provision of a statute, regulation or decision should be addressed, the president or other presiding officer will assign one member of the Board to write an order or opinion. Within 60 days thereafter, the member so assigned will:

     1. Review comments by all members of the Board on the issue;

     2. Research the issue and, if necessary, seek the assistance of the Attorney General; and

     3. Submit a draft of the order or opinion to the Board for its approval.
