NAC643.110. Failure of examination for licensure as barber; limitation on number of times examination may be taken.

  •      1. Each apprentice who fails the examination for licensure as a barber must appear before the board for examination at least once in each year thereafter until he has passed the examination.

         2. An applicant who fails the examination four times loses his license as an apprentice and may not take any further examinations.
