  • If a barbershop is owned by a person other than a licensed barber or is owned by licensed barbers but is managed by another licensed barber, the owner of the shop shall furnish a leasing and rental agreement to the board on a form furnished by the board. The agreement must contain the name and signature of the licensed barber who will manage the shop, the signature of the owner and any other information required by the board.
