NAC644.270. Approval of apprenticeship by owner of cosmetological establishment or cosmetologist in charge.

Before commencing to train an electrologist’s apprentice, the petitioner must supply evidence to the Board that the owner of the cosmetological establishment or cosmetologist in charge of it has approved the training of the apprentice within his establishment.
