NAC644.600. Definitions.

Latest version.

As used in NAC 644.600 to 644.655, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. “M.B.T.U.” means a measurement of energy output or demand in British thermal units.

2. “Mobile cosmetological establishment” means a self-contained, self-supporting, enclosed mobile unit where one or more persons engage in the practice of cosmetology.
