NAC645.855. Attendance of certain brokers required at disciplinary hearing.

If a person licensed as a real estate salesperson or real estate broker-salesperson is accused of violating any provision of this chapter or chapter 645 of NRS, the broker of record with whom the person licensed as a real estate salesperson or real estate broker-salesperson was associated at the time of the alleged violation and the broker with whom the person licensed as a real estate salesperson or real estate broker-salesperson is currently associated shall attend any disciplinary hearing before the Commission concerning that licensee.
