NAC645C.107. Cancellation of license, certificate or registration card for failure to report change of address or termination of association.

If the Division determines that an appraiser has discontinued business at the address at which the appraiser is licensed or holds a certificate or that an intern is no longer associated with an appraiser under whom he or she is registered, and the facts have not been reported to the Division by the appraiser or intern, the appraiser’s license or certificate or the intern’s registration card may be cancelled by the Division.
