NAC645C.225. Approved schools: Advertising.

A school approved by the Commission shall not make any misrepresentation in its advertising about any course of instruction which it offers to fulfill requirements for licensing or certification under this chapter. Any advertisement must specify that such courses have been approved by the Commission of Appraisers of Real Estate.
