NAC645C.425. Disclosure of status in transactions concerning real property.

Latest version.

A licensed or certified appraiser or registered intern shall not acquire or dispose of any real property or an interest in any real property for himself or herself, any member of his or her immediate family, his or her firm, or any member thereof, or any entity in which he or she has an interest as owner unless he or she first discloses in writing to each party to the transaction that he or she is a licensed or certified appraiser or registered intern. The disclosure must be made even though the appraiser is on inactive status.
