NAC645D.440. Information required on materials used in course.

Latest version.

Except as otherwise provided in subsection 6 of NAC 645D.437, if a course has been approved and is being offered for continuing education, the sponsor must state on all the materials used in the course:

     1. That the course is approved for continuing education in Nevada by the Division;

     2. The number of hours of credit for continuing education for which the course is approved; and

     3. The sponsor’s number assigned by the Division.
