NAC645E.223. Requirements for reinstatement of license.

The Commissioner may only reinstate a mortgage banker’s license pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 645E.280 if, within 2 months after the date on which the license expired, the mortgage banker:

1. Submits the items described in subsection 2 of NRS 645E.280; and

2. Completes any unfulfilled requirements related to the license.
