NAC645F.845. Authority of Commissioner to order summary suspension of license and take other action to protect public before hearing.

Before conducting a hearing, the Commissioner may, to the fullest extent allowed by the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this State:

1. Order a summary suspension of a license pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 233B.127; and

2. Take any other action against a licensee or other person that is necessary to protect the health, safety or welfare of the public.
