NAC645H.200. Unlawful to engage in certain activities without certificate of registration, permit or other authorization.

A person who has applied to the Division for a certificate of registration, permit or other authorization to engage in an activity for which the certificate, permit or other authorization is required pursuant to this chapter or chapter 645H of NRS shall not engage in any such activity until the person receives from the Division the required certificate, permit or other authorization.
