NAC645H.540. Hearings: Continuances.

Latest version.

1. The time of a hearing may be continued by the Administrator or hearing officer upon the written petition of either party to the hearing, for good cause shown, or by stipulation of the parties to the hearing.

2. A continuance will not be granted unless it is made in good faith and not merely for delay.
