NAC648.530. Uniforms, badges and patches.

Latest version.

1. If an applicant or licensee intends to use a uniform, badge or patch in connection with licensed activities, the applicant or licensee must submit with the application or before use of the uniform, badge or patch a color photograph which accurately depicts the features of the uniform, badge or patch.

2. A licensee must not use a uniform, badge or patch in connection with the licensee’s business which is the same as or deceptively similar to a uniform, badge or patch used by any other licensee or law enforcement agency in this State.
