NAC656.270. Application of certain statutes and regulations.

To the extent applicable, the Board will apply the statutes and regulations governing court reporters, including, without limitation, suspension or revocation of a certificate, to a firm in the same manner as the Board applies those statutes and regulations to court reporters. The provisions of this section do not negate an independent contractual relationship between a court reporter and a firm.
