The Commissioner of Financial Institutions may revoke or suspend the license of a corporation for economic revitalization and diversification pursuant to procedures provided in chapter 670A of NRS if the licensee violates any provision of this chapter or chapter 670A of NRS, including, without limitation, a provision that imposes a fee or assessment on a licensee.
