NAC671.110. Hearings: Authority of Commissioner or designee.

The Commissioner or the designee of the Commissioner may:

     1. Conduct hearings;

     2. Question witnesses;

     3. Make rulings on motions and objections; and

     4. Issue findings of fact or conclusions of law at the conclusion of the case.
