NAC676A.050. “Material violation” interpreted.

For the purposes of paragraph (b) of subsection 1 of NRS 676A.750, a material violation includes, without limitation, the failure by a registered provider to pay a fee or assessment imposed by any provision of this chapter or chapter 676A of NRS.
