NAC679B.201. Dismissal of proceeding initiated by Division.

The Division may dismiss a proceeding it has initiated through the filing of a complaint and service of an order to show cause, without prejudice to the initiation of another proceeding based upon the same set of facts, during the period:

1. After it has filed the complaint and served the order to show cause; and

2. Before a hearing is conducted on the matter.
