NAC683A.400. Authorized types of accounts.

The types of accounts which may be maintained by a person for the deposit of money received pursuant to NRS 683A.400 are:

     1. Checking accounts, whether or not they bear interest;

     2. Time deposits; and

     3. Savings accounts.
