NAC685A.145. “Ineligible insurer” defined.

  • “Ineligible insurer” means an insurer which does not hold a certificate of authority to transact the business of insurance in this State and has not qualified pursuant to chapter 685A of NRS to write nonadmitted insurance in this State.
