Upon the request of a policy owner, an insurer shall furnish an in-force illustration of current and future benefits and values for the policy based on the insurer’s present illustrated scale. This illustration must comply with the requirements of NAC 686A.4715, 686A.472, 686A.4725 and 686A.4745. A signature or other acknowledgment of receipt of this illustration is not required.
