NAC686A.625. “First-party claimant” defined.

- “First-party claimant” means a person, corporation, association, partnership or other legal entity asserting a right to payment under an insurance contract or policy arising out of the occurrence of the contingency or loss covered by the contract or policy. “First-party claimant” does not include a person who provides service to an injured party.
