NAC687B.735. Payment of benefits that are covered under other policies.

A policy of health insurance described in NAC 687B.700, 687B.720, 687B.725 or 687B.730 which provides benefits that are provided under Medicare may not be delivered or issued for delivery in this State unless the policy includes a provision that specifically states that the benefits under the policy will be provided without regard to any other policy or coverage of health insurance, including Medicare.
