NAC689C.110. Adoption of waiting period for new employees not prohibited.

The Commissioner will interpret the provisions of NRS 689C.190 as not prohibiting an employer from adopting a waiting period for new employees to become eligible for participation in a plan of health insurance offered by the employer.
