NAC 693A.210 to 693A.250, inclusive, apply to any solicitation subject to NAC 693A.010 to 693A.560, inclusive, by any person or group for the purpose of opposing another solicitation subject to NAC 693A.010 to 693A.560, inclusive, made by another person or group regarding the election or removal of directors at any annual or special meeting of security holders.
