NAC697.340. Supervision of employees.

An employing bail agent shall exercise supervision over his or her employees and make a diligent effort to keep informed of their acts as his or her employees. Failure of the employer to exercise sufficient supervision to prevent violations of the insurance law or this chapter by the employee while acting within the scope of his or her employment may result in disciplinary action against the employer.
