NAC697.380. Satisfaction of final judgment of default.

  •      1. For purposes of NAC 697.370 and this section, “final judgment of default” means a judgment entered against a bond after the 180-day notice of forfeiture period as provided in NRS 178.508.

         2. If the final judgment of default has not been satisfied within 30 days after the clerk serves it by mail to the surety company, the Commissioner may require an officer of the company to appear before him or her.
