NAC702.800. “Weatherization assistance” defined.

“Weatherization assistance” means assistance provided to an eligible household through a program of energy conservation, weatherization or energy efficiency that is approved by the Housing Division pursuant to the provisions of NAC 702.600 to 702.870, inclusive.
