Latest version.

A document is considered officially received by the Commission only if it is:

     1. Filed at the Commission’s office in Carson City or Las Vegas and addressed to the Secretary of the Commission;

     2. Presented to the Commission during a hearing; or

     3. Filed through the electronic filing system.
