Changes in Rates of Telecommunication Providers: Small-Scale Providers of Last Resort That Are Not Competitive Suppliers |
NAC703.2714. Requests to establish or change rates for discretionary or competitive service.

- Whenever a small-scale provider of last resort, who is regulated pursuant to NAC 703.27128 to 703.27146, inclusive, requests to establish or change the rates for a new or existing service which it is requesting to be classified as competitive or discretionary, or which has been previously classified by the Commission as discretionary or competitive, the small-scale provider of last resort may establish or change rates by complying with the requirements for notice, filing and other terms and conditions set forth in NAC 704.6806 to 704.68076, inclusive, 704.7475, 704.7477, 704.7485 and 704.7487, as appropriate. If the rate schedule includes services previously classified by the Commission as discretionary or competitive, the filing must be accompanied by a specific reference to the appropriate Commission records or orders which indicate that the service has been classified as discretionary or competitive. A filing made pursuant to this section is not subject to the requirements set forth in subsection 3 of NAC 703.400.
