  • If a party, other than the Commission’s staff or the Consumer’s Advocate, fails to appear at the time and place set for a prehearing conference or hearing without prior notification to the Commission or the presiding officer, the Commission will or the presiding officer shall dismiss the party, with or without prejudice, unless the Commission or presiding officer, upon good cause shown, excuses the absence.
