  • “Energy costs” means expenses associated with the acquisition of fuel for electric generation, purchased power and purchased gas as those expenses are defined in the Uniform System of Accounts of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and in the accounts which have been created by NAC 704.023 to 704.195, inclusive.
