NAC704.222. Effective date of change in rate.

Latest version.

The changes in rates authorized by NAC 704.218 and 704.219 are effective at the same time as a change in the rates resulting from a general rate case, an annual rate adjustment or a deferred energy accounting adjustment, unless the Commission authorizes a different effective date.
