  • An operator of a system shall advise customers of the system that complaints or inquiries concerning rates, billing, safety, and the provision of liquefied petroleum gas service generally should be directed to the operator. The operator shall establish a reasonable procedure for responding to these complaints and inquiries. The operator shall advise any customer who complains or inquires that he or she may bring the matter before the Division of Consumer Complaint Resolution of the Commission if the complaint cannot be resolved in a reasonable manner.
