NAC704.566. Provision of overview of resource plan to certain entities before filing.

A utility must, not later than 4 months before the date on which the utility intends to file its resource plan with the Commission, meet with the Bureau of Consumer Protection in the Office of the Attorney General and the Regulatory Operations Staff of the Commission and provide an overview of the utility’s resource plan.
