NAC704.581. Annual notification of gross domestic product deflator.

On or before February 1 of each year, the Regulatory Operations Staff shall notify all public utilities to which the provisions of NAC 704.570 to 704.628, inclusive, apply pursuant to NAC 704.575 of the most recent gross domestic product deflator.
