NAC704.6323. Applicability.

The provisions of NAC 704.6321 to 704.6327, inclusive, apply to public utilities that are required to comply with the provisions of NRS 704.668. To determine whether a public utility is required to comply with the provisions of NRS 704.668, a public utility that serves 3,000 or fewer persons shall be deemed to include a public utility that serves 3,000 or fewer service connections.
