NAC704.680469. Conditions for provision of discounted rates for eligible school or library.

Latest version.

A provider of telecommunication service who provides intrastate telecommunication service to an eligible school or library shall provide such service at discounted rates:

1. In accordance with the procedures and by the percentages set forth in 47 C.F.R. § 54.505; and

2. To the extent that federal universal service support or money from the fund to maintain the availability of telephone service is available to reimburse the amount of the discount.
