NAC704.68956. Compliance with regulations and conditions of service applicable to business customers.

Latest version.

Except as otherwise provided in NAC 704.689 to 704.6897, inclusive, or in the tariff of the local exchange company, a provider shall comply with regulations and conditions of service applicable to the business customers of the local exchange company, as set forth in the tariff of the local exchange company.
