NAC704.7128. Action by Commission upon receipt of notice or evidence of possible discontinuation of voice service.

Latest version.

Upon receipt of a notice of discontinuation or evidence of possible discontinuation of voice service to a property, the Commission:

1. May hold a reinstatement proceeding if no arrangements have been made for replacement service to the property; and

2. May issue an interim order that ensures continuous service to the property.
