  • “Intrastate line for access” means a line, trunk, or other facility consistent with the Federal Communications Commission’s order in docket No. 78-72 and provided by a telephone company pursuant to a general tariff or a tariff for a local exchange, or both, if the facility is terminated on a central office switch and may be used to make and receive local calls within the exchange, intrastate calls between exchanges, or interstate calls, whether or not the subscriber causes the line, trunk, or facility to be arranged to prohibit any type of calls from being made or received.
