NAC704.768. Application for operating permit.

A person who wishes to apply for an operating permit must submit an application to the Commission. The application must contain:

     1. A general description of the proposed system, including:

     (a) The area to be served;

     (b) The type of service to be provided; and

     (c) The type of system that will be used.

     2. A detailed description of:

     (a) The proposed service area;

     (b) The proposed operating system; and

     (c) The geothermal resource.

     3. A statement of the economic feasibility of the proposed system.
