NAC704.782. Addendum to contract between utility and customer.

The information described in subsection 1 of NAC 704.780 must be included as an addendum to the contract required by paragraph (d) of subsection 3 of NRS 704.669, and the addendum must be attached to the contract document provided to each customer of the utility.
