NAC704.7902. Distribution company: Conditions for provision of information concerning specific customers to affiliate and nonaffiliated entity.

A distribution company shall provide information about specific customers to its affiliates and to nonaffiliated entities:

     1. On a strictly nondiscriminatory basis;

     2. Only with the consent of a customer; and

     3. In accordance with the rules or standards required by the Commission.
